" Ever since the new owner jon took over ownership from todd 2018 this company had improved by tremendously! The sales ladies had great customer service and made sure to take me step by step in the process. I had to replace 13 windows and 3 sliding doors in my house. They made sure i got the right size windows as well as the sliding doors. They delivered it safely and unloaded safely at my house. They sent me to their sister company GR home renovations to have them install my windows and they did great! They were true professionals when it came to installing my windows and sliding doors. Made minimum mess and kept my house nice and clean in the process. I can't thank castle house enough for everything they have done for me! I just sat there and relaxed with a beer in my hand as they put in work!! "
